Since 2001, Synergy has specialized in custom home framing and siding projects from South Bethany, Delaware to Wild Quail in Dover, Delaware. We have also built whole home projects from foundation to turn key with varying square footages from small to large.

Over the years, we have established a professional relationship with quality insured sub-contractors in the local area and can offer any size package in the building of a home, from framing, siding, decks, etc. to a complete dried in shell (shingles, gutters, masonry etc.)

We haven’t forgotten the smaller projects either. It is our pleasure to build decks, porches and additions for those who just want to spruce up their existing homes. We also have experience in kitchen cabinet installs, bathroom renovations and whole home trimming.

Tim Fitzwater has over 35 years of experience in the building and remodeling trade. “It is my goal as a business owner to help every person I can, whether performing work for them or employing them.
